Precision-ground for 1″ (1.000″ decimal) tube stock, this Heavy Duty Flare Die produces a 37° flare with a clean, burr-free finish ready for assembly. The die is proportioned at 2″ to keep the tube centered and supported as the flare forms. It is a practical choice for tube and pipe end-forming lines running mixed tube sizes, since it can be swapped quickly between jobs.
