Precision-ground for 1-1/2″ (1.500″ decimal) tube stock, this Heavy Duty Flare Die produces a 37° flare with a clean, burr-free finish ready for assembly. The die is proportioned at 3″ to keep the tube centered and supported as the flare forms. It is a practical choice for tube end forming lines running mixed tube sizes, since it can be swapped quickly between jobs. It is part of the 45-3700HD series; compatible with 3CPV, 8CP w/ die adaptor tube end forming machines, and is a good fit for shops standardizing their tube end forming tooling.
