This Standard Flare Die shapes 1-5/8″ (1.625″ decimal) tubing into a 45° flare suitable for SAE and industrial fitting standards. Its 1-1/4″ profile supports the tube during forming to help prevent splitting or uneven wall thinning at the flare edge.
