This Standard Flare Die shapes 2-3/4″ (2.750″ decimal) tubing into a 45° flare suitable for SAE and industrial fitting standards. Its 1-3/4″ profile supports the tube during forming to help prevent splitting or uneven wall thinning at the flare edge. It is intended for continuous-duty tube end forming operations where dimensional consistency between parts matters. It is part of the 45-4500 series; compatible with 3CPV, 8CP w/ die adaptor tube end forming machines, and is a good fit for shops standardizing their hydraulic end-forming tooling.
