Covering .250 – 2 diameter tube, this Squaring and Deburring Head squares the cut end and clears burrs in a single pass, saving a manual deburring step. Clean, square starting stock reduces variation in the next forming operation, whether that is a flare, bead, or upset. It is a useful addition to any tube end finishing line running cut tube stock straight from a saw or cutoff wheel. It is compatible with 2C, 2CP, 2CPV, 3CPV w/ spindle adaptor tube end forming machines, and is a good fit for shops standardizing their tube end finishing tooling.
