Designed to hold and drive bead-forming tooling across 0.250 – 0.375 diameter tube, this Beading Head is the core of the beading operation. A properly adjusted head keeps bead depth and roundness consistent, which matters most on thinner-wall tubing used in tube end finishing work. It accepts standard bead dies and arbors, making it straightforward to retool between part numbers. It is compatible with 2C, 2CP, 2CPV, 3CPV w/ spindle adaptor tube end forming machines, and is a good fit for shops standardizing their tube end finishing tooling.
