Flare Punch – 101553 Series – 1245 | 0.75 TOD

This Flare Punch is sized to 3/4″ (0.750″ decimal) tube and produces the forming stroke needed for a proper double flare or upset end. Because it contacts the tube directly, punch condition has a direct effect on flare consistency and finish quality. It fits standard double-flare tooling setups used across hydraulic end-forming shops. It is part of the 101553 series; compatible with DF tube end forming machines, and is a good fit for shops standardizing their tube end forming tooling.
