This Flare Punch is sized to 1/4″ (0.250″ decimal) tube and produces the forming stroke needed for a proper double flare or upset end. Because it contacts the tube directly, punch condition has a direct effect on flare consistency and finish quality. It fits standard double-flare tooling setups used across tube end forming shops.
