Key Terms:

SMRC = Safety Mat Ready Connect – Connection available to connect safety mat or safety sensor devices.

Rem. BD Key = Removable Bend Die Key

AMRU = Anticipated Mandrel Retract Unit

Aircool = Air cooling of hydraulic oil, fan.

AML Ready = Ready for mandrel Lube system upgrade

Tie Bar Over PD = Tie Bar over the Pressure Die Arm

Quick connect IPC = The computer cabinet can be quickly disconnected from or connected to the machine.

Finger Type collet = 3 pcs collet

Pad Type collet = 4 pcs collet

B5 control = Beckhoff PLC control system and B5 version of proprietary bender controller (software).

Windows OS = Windows 10 on these stock bender (group A)  /  Windows 7 (B).

STEP/IGS = SolidWorks conversion to bend data.

 

Optional Features Terms:

Extra I/O = Extra Input / Output for a robot or external device’s handshake.

Master Center = Offline software to write the bending program and remotely connect to the bender.

Master Convert = CMM connection / conversion / communication  to and from (Romer Arm / Faro Arm / Supra Vision)

DVS = Digital Vision Simulation, a simulation of the bending program to detect collision before actual bending.

FSP = Free Standing Pedestal, a 2-button standing pedestal to start or stop the bending of the auto cycle.

Servo PDA = Servo motorized pressure die assist (pressure die booster slide)
