This Bead Roller shapes 6-1/4″ (6.250″ decimal) tube, around 065 wall thickness, into a raised bead that keeps hose from sliding off the tube end during service. It is designed to run alongside its matching arbor or die on the beading head, forming the bead in a single pass. Reliable, repeatable bead geometry makes this tool a staple in tube end finishing tooling inventories.
