This Beading Head carries the bead die and arbor through the forming stroke, covering tube from 0.4375 – 1.500 OD. It is the working assembly that turns rotational or reciprocating machine motion into the roll that forms the bead. Shops running mixed tube sizes appreciate how quickly this head can be reconfigured for different jobs within pipe end finishing production. It is compatible with 2C, 2CP, 2CPV, 3CPV w/ spindle adaptor tube end forming machines, and is a good fit for shops standardizing their tube and pipe end-forming tooling.
