Machined for 1.500″ IPS and Schedule 40 pipe, this Flange Die shapes the pipe end into a true, flat flange during the forming stroke. A well-formed flange spreads bolt load evenly around the joint, so dimensional accuracy here carries through to the finished assembly’s reliability. It fits standard flanging machine setups used in tube and pipe end-forming fabrication. It is part of the M343 series, and is a good fit for shops standardizing their tube and pipe end-forming tooling.
