Machined for 4.000″ IPS and Schedule 5,10 pipe, this Flange Die shapes the pipe end into a true, flat flange during the forming stroke. A well-formed flange spreads bolt load evenly around the joint, so dimensional accuracy here carries through to the finished assembly’s reliability. It fits standard flanging machine setups used in hydraulic end-forming fabrication. It is part of the M369 series, and is a good fit for shops standardizing their hydraulic end-forming tooling.
