Designed for tube end forming work, this Standard Flare Center supports tube across a 0.125 – 1.500 diameter range while the die forms the flare. Keeping the tube on-center reduces scrap from lopsided or eccentric flares, especially on thinner-wall material. It pairs with compatible dieheads and spindle adaptors to extend the machine’s working range without swapping the whole tool set. It is compatible with 2C, 2CP, 2CPV, 3CPV w/ spindle adaptor, 8CP w/ spindle adaptor, tube end forming machines, and is a good fit for shops standardizing their tube end forming tooling.
