This Standard Flare Center locates and centers tube ranging from 0.125 – 1.5 OD in the machine spindle before the flare die engages. Accurate centering keeps the 45° flare concentric with the tube bore, which matters for fittings that need to seal on the first try. It is intended for hydraulic end-forming operations that run a mix of tube diameters through the same machine setup. It is compatible with 2C, 2CP, 2CPV, 3CPV w/ spindle adaptor, 8CP w/ spindle adaptor, tube end forming machines, and is a good fit for shops standardizing their tube end finishing tooling.
