This Heavy Duty Flare Die is machined to shape a 37° flare on 3/8″ (0.375″ decimal) tube, giving a smooth, concentric sealing surface for flared fittings. With a die thickness of 1-1/4″, it holds the tube square through the forming stroke, which keeps flare depth and angle consistent from part to part. It is built for tube end forming shops that need repeatable results across long production runs, whether the application is hydraulic line assembly, fuel system fabrication, or general tube and pipe end-forming. It is part of the 30-3700HD series; compatible with 2C, 2CP, 2CPV, 3CPV w/ die adaptor tube end forming machines, and is a good fit for shops standardizing their tube and pipe end-forming tooling.
