This Heavy Duty Flare Die shapes 1-3/4″ (1.750″ decimal) tubing into a 37° flare suitable for SAE and industrial fitting standards. Its 3″ profile supports the tube during forming to help prevent splitting or uneven wall thinning at the flare edge. It is intended for continuous-duty end finisher operations where dimensional consistency between parts matters. It is part of the 45-3700HD series; compatible with 3CPV, 8CP w/ die adaptor tube end forming machines, and is a good fit for shops standardizing their end finisher tooling.
