Precision-ground for 7/8″ (0.875″ decimal) tube stock, this Recessed Flare Die produces a 37° flare with a clean, burr-free finish ready for assembly. The die is proportioned at 3/4″ to keep the tube centered and supported as the flare forms. It is a practical choice for pipe end finishing lines running mixed tube sizes, since it can be swapped quickly between jobs. It is part of the 30-3700R series; compatible with 2C, 2CP, 2CPV, 3CPV w/ die adaptor tube end forming machines, and is a good fit for shops standardizing their pipe end finishing tooling.
