This Standard Flare Die shapes 7-1/2″ (7.500″ decimal) tubing into a 37° flare suitable for SAE and industrial fitting standards. Its 3.9″ profile supports the tube during forming to help prevent splitting or uneven wall thinning at the flare edge. It is intended for continuous-duty tube and pipe end-forming operations where dimensional consistency between parts matters.
