This Standard Flare Die shapes 11/16″ (0.688″ decimal) tubing into a 37° flare suitable for SAE and industrial fitting standards. Its 3/4″ profile supports the tube during forming to help prevent splitting or uneven wall thinning at the flare edge. It is intended for continuous-duty hydraulic end-forming operations where dimensional consistency between parts matters. It is part of the 30-3700 series; compatible with 2C, 2CP, 2CPV, 3CPV w/ die adaptor tube end forming machines, and is a good fit for shops standardizing their tube end finishing tooling.
