Precision-ground for 2″ (2.000″ decimal) tube stock, this Standard Flare Die produces a 45° flare with a clean, burr-free finish ready for assembly. The die is proportioned at 1-1/4″ to keep the tube centered and supported as the flare forms. It is a practical choice for hydraulic end-forming lines running mixed tube sizes, since it can be swapped quickly between jobs. It is part of the 45-4500 series; compatible with 3CPV, 8CP w/ die adaptor tube end forming machines, and is a good fit for shops standardizing their hydraulic end-forming tooling.
