This Standard Flare Die shapes 2-3/4″ (2.750″ decimal) tubing into a 37° flare suitable for SAE and industrial fitting standards. Its 3.4″ profile supports the tube during forming to help prevent splitting or uneven wall thinning at the flare edge. It is intended for continuous-duty tube and pipe end-forming operations where dimensional consistency between parts matters. It is part of the 75-3700 series; compatible with 8CP w/ die adaptor tube end forming machines, and is a good fit for shops standardizing their tube and pipe end-forming tooling.
