Precision-ground for 1-1/4″ (1.250″ decimal) tube stock, this T Sleeve Flare Die produces a 37° flare with a clean, burr-free finish ready for assembly. The die is proportioned at 1-1/4″ to keep the tube centered and supported as the flare forms. It is a practical choice for tube end finishing lines running mixed tube sizes, since it can be swapped quickly between jobs. It is part of the 30-3700T series; compatible with 2C, 2CP, 2CPV, 3CPV w/ die adaptor tube end forming machines, and is a good fit for shops standardizing their tube end finishing tooling.
