This T Sleeve Flare Die shapes 2-1/4″ (2.250″ decimal) tubing into a 37° flare suitable for SAE and industrial fitting standards. Its 2.06″ profile supports the tube during forming to help prevent splitting or uneven wall thinning at the flare edge. It is intended for continuous-duty end finisher operations where dimensional consistency between parts matters.
