This Flare Punch is sized to 3/4″ (0.750″ decimal) tube, and produces the forming stroke needed for a proper double flare or upset end. Because it contacts the tube directly, punch condition has a direct effect on flare consistency and finish quality. It fits standard double-flare tooling setups used across hydraulic end-forming shops.
