This Roller Adaptor adapts the beading head to work with 2 – 6 diameter tube, extending the usable range of existing tooling without buying a second head. It seats between the head and the bead die/arbor set, and needs to fit snugly to avoid runout during the forming stroke. It is a low-cost way to keep end finisher tooling flexible across a wider range of tube sizes. It is part of the 600 series; compatible with 8CP tube end forming machines, and is a good fit for shops standardizing their end finisher tooling.
