Squaring and Deburring Blades – Outside | Coated 1/16″ CK-1C Outside

This Outside Squaring and Deburring Blades is ground to a 45° cutting edge and sized at 1/16″ thickness, used inside the squaring and deburring head to trim tube ends. Sharp, correctly angled blades are what keep the squaring cut clean, since a dull or chipped edge tends to drag and burr the tube instead of shearing it. It is a replacement wear part for shops maintaining tube and pipe end-forming tooling in regular use. It is part of the Coated series; compatible with 2C, 2CP, 2CPV, 3CPV, 8CP tube end forming machines, and is a good fit for shops standardizing their tube and pipe end-forming tooling.
