Covering 3 – 8 diameter tube, this Squaring and Deburring Head squares the cut end and clears burrs in a single pass, saving a manual deburring step. Clean, square starting stock reduces variation in the next forming operation, whether that is a flare, bead, or upset. It is a useful addition to any tube and pipe end-forming line running cut tube stock straight from a saw or cutoff wheel. It is compatible with 8CP tube end forming machines, and is a good fit for shops standardizing their tube and pipe end-forming tooling.
