Upset Punch – Thin-Wall – 101778 Series – 500 | 0.3125 TOD

This Thin-Wall Upset Punch is sized to 5/16″ (0.313″ decimal) tube, roughly .022 or less wall thickness, and produces the forming stroke needed for a proper double flare or upset end. Because it contacts the tube directly, punch condition has a direct effect on flare consistency and finish quality. It fits standard double-flare tooling setups used across tube and pipe end-forming shops. It is part of the 101778 series; compatible with DF tube end forming machines, and is a good fit for shops standardizing their tube and pipe end-forming tooling.
